Course Cancellation:
Users can request to cancel their course enrollment by contacting us at adorethelanguageskool@gmail.com. Refunds will be issued according to the following guidelines:
– Full refund: Requests made within 3 days of course enrollment.
– Partial refund: Requests made after 5 days of enrollment may incur a deduction for course materials or administrative fees.
– No refund: Cancellations requested after 10 days of course enrollment are not eligible for refunds.
Tutoring Services:
Users can cancel scheduled tutoring sessions by providing at least 24 hours’ notice. Refunds for canceled tutoring sessions will be issued following our cancellation policy.
Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
Course Modifications:
Adore Language School reserves the right to modify or cancel courses, tutoring sessions, or other services due to unforeseen circumstances or low enrollment. In case of course cancellation by Adore Language School, users will be notified, and a full refund will be issued.
